Trailblazing with a digital marketing agency.
Southpaw worked extremely closely with Studio Kiwi for a little inder two years. Our work involved making things look totally kickass, branding and graphic design services and consultation, building promotional websites using HTML and CSS, copywriting, and creating a great network of happy clients and peers. Most importantly, we got to talk about cats, like, all the time. It was pretty sweet.
The brand strategy that Southpaw crafted was something that got Studio Kiwi recognised nationally and allowed the small company to compete with two of the biggest agencies in the area during the 2015 Digital Awards. The campaign that was involved in the awards actually paved the way for NFire Labs to pick up four nominations and three awards; and all of that started with the foundation that we laid for the company in their brand (and in the design, promotion, and marketing of the campaign itself).
The competition were much bigger than Kiwi and sure enough, we got our ass kicked; but out of the hundreds of design companies in the area, my work placed us firmly at number two. When you're at a level where your only real competition is the equivalent of Mike Tyson*, you must be doing something right.
